HANA instances in critical state

Somehow the HANA dev Instance shows the overall Health as "Critical", and in the current metric detaisls page it shows the details of "JMX CRITICAL - Status.details = CRITICAL Internal Error: Hana XS server request failure: HEAD https://vadbjn5.nwtrial.od.sap.biz:8041 HTTP/1.1: The target server failed to respond".

I tried to delete the HANA dev instance, but it seems the delete operation does not succeed. It keeps showing the busy cursor and never finish the operation.

Any suggestion? It seems my hanatrial account is not in a good state, could I reset my account to the initial state?
