Database proxy not showing content objects

Hi ,

I have created a procedure which does a normal insert in the content folder under the package pdms.

I am trying to create a database proxy it says the procedure does not exist in the catalog. I tried giving GET_OBJECT_VERSION and GET_PROCEDURE_OBJECTS roles to the current user still I get the same error. 

I am not sure what I am missing here . The name is exactly the same . Kindly suggest.
