hana Hcp Authorization and Privillages error

hi

im run the application in Eclipse

call _SYS_REPO.GRANT_SCHEMA_PRIVILEGE_ON_ACTIVATED_CONTENT('select','<SCHEMANAME>','<username>');

i have face the error

Could not execute 'call ...'

SAP DBTech JDBC: [258]: insufficient privilege: Not authorized.

can any one resolve this error

im using free trial account.
