System can not be reached. the logon data could not be used.

I installed HANA studio in my sytem. then after when i add system in studio, i am getting error that "system cannot be reached, The logon data could not be used" How can i solve this issue. I search in forum also but i cannot get any helpful answer. So help me solve this issue. And also one more question i would like to ask that how can i check the port 30015 is open or not.
