Rank Node not working

Hello,

this is my first time experimenting with the rank node, and I can't figure out what I am doing wrong.

I have 3 columns, Country,Year, and Net Sales and I just want to get the top 5 Countries by Net sales.

Please see the screenshot attached. When I do data preview the rank node has all 1's and nothing else. I am on SPS 10.
