Dear SAP colleagues,
We are looking to develop bolt on applications and solutions on the SAP ECC/BI/PI and HANA systems for industry segments like IS Retail and Aerospace/Defence. These applications will be sold to our existing clients. For this purpose, we need dedicated development systems for our organization. I checked various posts and blogs on SCN and am very confused because there are many references to shared HANA cloud systems, Cloud Appliance Library, and subscriptions to SAP systems etc and these are all scattered accross many different spaces. These blogs are from different dates and some are in past years. For e.g: SAP Developer Center Master Software Developer License Agreement (is this still available? If yes, where/whom should I write to get this executed?)
Can someone please point me to the most current/valid procedure and contact details of the concerned person to get development licenses from SAP for the following systems. We are ok with a subscription model(dedicated instances) OR "on premise" versions. The specific systems we need are:
1) ECC 6 (Netweaver 2004s ABAP)
2) BI 7
3) PI 7.1
4) HANA Development System
5) S4 HANA - Simple Logistics and Simple Finance
6) BI on HANA with POSDM
7) IS Retail
Any guidance or pointers would be much appreciated. Thank you for your help.
