Not all configurations could be loaded due to data inconsistencies - Not possible to add a hdb connection entry via LTR

Hi everybody,

I'm setting up a scenario in which Hana is used as a secondary DB via SLT data provisioning as described into this SAP document. I'm developing a scenario whit the LT Replication Server within an ECC system (at the bottom of the post you can find the systems details). All the prerequisites listed in the SAP Notes 1597627, and 1759156 seems to be satisfied by the systems.

I also activated all the services from the SICF t.c. and I generated the user role to be used into the RFC Dest from SAP ECC to LT Replication server (that in this scenario are into the same system),

Anyway after launching the LTR transaction and trying to add the ECC-Hana connection entry as below:

I get the following errors that prevent me to create the connection entry:

	Not all configurations could be loaded due to data inconsistencies
	Message E DMCLG 013 cannot be processed in plugin mode HTTPS

I've also tried to clean all the SAP ECC replication tables involved (IUUC_REPL_MAP,IUUC_MT_HEADER,IUUC_REPL_CONPAR, IUUC_REPL_HDR ) as suggested in this SCN blog but I am still not able to add entries into the Configuration and Monitoring Dashboard for HANA.

Has anyone faced the same issue or has any idea about the reasons of the errors?
