HANA Web IDE editor sync issue with Github

Hi Guys

HANA server:80xx/sap/hana/ide/editor/  which I refer as web ide have some issue when I sync with github. The issue is I can do initial commit but commit system unable to pick up any modified files. 

Every time I click File modified after last fetch/ File modified after last commit, it shows nothing in staging panel.  But local github app runs will.

Anyone knows why? Or how to solve this ?
