Hello,
I face that my HANA Instance running on AWS does not start properly.
I connected to it, and check the servers status...
and checked that the hdbpreprocessor is not running...
i've seen the trace files, in
sid-hdb:/usr/sap/HDB/HDB00/vhcalhdbdb/tracepreprocessor_alert_vhcalhdbdb.trc
but all i get is this exception
TNSClient.cpp(00723) : sendRequest setinactive to vhcalhdbdb:30001 failed with NetException. data=(S)databaseid=4294967295|host=vhcalhdbdb|port=30006|(I)daemon=2|type=15|(B)watchdog=0|
It is from the last system shutdown i made yesterday.
But the odd thing is that i can read that exception in every shutdown i made (everyday), and the instance has been running perfectly...
One thing that is different from today's log is this, in the preprocessor_vhcalhdbdb.30002.000.trcfile in the same path

I have no clue what this can be related to...
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you very much
