xsodata connectiy with other application

Hello Experts ,

Need advise from you  how to connect different application with HANA .

We have a xsodata service . We are able to call the service from our local desktop through HANA studio.

We have different application such as Hybris and Mulesoft which are on different network from HANA, but Hybris and Mulesoft has been given access to the HANA server and the port 8000 is visible to them.

But whenver the application(Hybris and Mulesoft ) are tring to call the service they are getting the below mentioned error.

Though database userid and password using which the services has been created has been shared with the applications.

The xsaccess configuration file contains the below entry .

     "authentication" :                                           

            {

               "method": "Basic"  

            }

}
