Where will modified table configuration details get stored in sap hana?

Hello,

If we modify a table for example: convert from row table to column table, where will the history get stored in sap hana table?

Also, can we able to find owner of a particular hana table, last modified details about a particular table, etc details?

I searched through following documents but couldn't get answers to my query:
