BAPIs and FMs were converted on layer HANA?

Hi Gurus,

The BADIs and FMs that exist in the ABAP AS, for example BAPI_PO_CREATE1, were converted to HANA?

Can we create a Purchase Order easily via non-standard program without using ABAP?
