I need to install SAP HANA Live for ERP in my organization. I have checked the system prerequisites on SAP ECC(EHP7 SP12) and HANA(SP 10) versions and we are good to go ahead for installation. However, I am not clear on the installation steps sequence to achieve 100% success. I have referred plenty of forums, help.sap pages and SAP Videos but did not find any clear sequence of steps to install it.
According to me, these are the packages we need to install from service marketplace.
STEP1. Install SAP HANA Analytics for ERP(SAP HANA Live for ERP),extract the .tgz file and import it through delivery unit.
Use: This will install the core SAP ERP VDM into HANA.
STEP2. Install SAP HANA Analy. ERP EHP7,extract the .tgz file and import it through delivery unit.
Use: This will install the Add on VDMs for version EHP7.
STEP3. Install SAP Analy. for SFIN, extract the .tgz file and import it through delivery unit.
Use: This will install Simple Finance VDM.
Above is my understanding so far. Please correct me if any correction is required.
