Fileupload: Allocation Size Overflow

I created a SAP HANA Fileupload. The Fileupload in being processed by an XSJS-File. When I upload files bigger than 300MB, I get an Allocation Size Overflow:

Where can I change the allocation size or where do I need to look for the responsible setting?
