SAP HANA Studio Download error

I tried to download Sap Hana developer edition Studio fom the SCN :

But received the following error:

Unfortunately we have trouble completing your download request. Please contact sdn@sap.com for further support.

I sent an email to sdn@sap.com and received the following response:

The downloads section is an automated process. If you are having a problem with an SCN download, please report it in our Bug Reporting Space.

I tried different browsers and different internet connections. Does anyone know how can I download this.
