process hdbdaemon HDB Daemon not running

Dear support,

When i try to start sap hana database using the command: HDB start , i receive the following error : process hdbdaemon HDB Daemon not running.

in log file i found :

Topology.cpp(00258) : persistence does not exist @ /hana/data/DEV/mnt00001/hdb00001/

[9797]{-1}[-1/-1] 2015-10-02 14:16:51.801915 f NameServer TREXNameServer.cpp(02757) : persistence initialization failed -> stopping instance ..

in server side : the folder exit in /hana/data/DEV (screenshot below)
