List of users in Change Management in HLM

Hi Exports,

My user is not listed in contributor under change management in hana studion.

I have created two user one in DEV and another in PRODUCTION with same privileges./

In DEV change manager my user name listed under contributor list,but in PRODUCTION it is not appearing.

Please help me understand the reason.
