Check XSENGINE working or not?

Hi,

I am  newbie to xsengine  and just want to know how to check if xsengine is up or not.

I have given url as http://saphan:30007 as per details of my system but its not opening the url. Its says url doesnt exist.

I am developing my first "hello world" application but its not working.

Am I doing something wrong?
