Hello,
I'm a senior ABAP consultant, also certified in BW/BI (although with no chance to gain some experience on this yet) with more than 7 years of experience.
Trying to boost my skills and career I was wondering if for a consultant with my profile, to attend to HA100, HA200 and HA300 training courses and then study for clearing the corresponding certification is a logical step forward given my current skills (would it be difficult to follow these courses as per my current knowledge?), or maybe I should focus better on other technical path such as PI/XI, etc...
Of course, any additional learning to those ones you currently have is always a plus, but my question is more related to if SAP HANA would be a "natural" step and if would give an additional value to my already existing skills. The final aim for attending to this training is, of course, to have the opportunity of using it hands-on on a project! Now, given my years of experience in ABAP, companies hire because of that and it results difficult to apply the new skills in BI/BW. That's what I'd like to avoid as well somehow with HANA.
Thanks a lot in advance for your comments and suggestions.
Best regards,
Daniel
