We have recently upgraded our HANA db from 47 to 55. Now we have found a bug and can not assign a package privilege to a user or to a role. Even when signed on as SYSTEM user when you attempt to assign a package, none appear in the dialog box. Our studio however is still 47 due to another issue and we have SAP messages opened for both of these issues. (I think probably once we get our Studio to 55 it will fix this problem.) While I'm waiting for response from SAP I'd like to try to assign a package privilege to a user or role via script. Can somebody give me an example of script for doing this so I can try it as a workaround? ie: I want to assign package to a user or role and give them REPO.READ privilege to the package.
