HANA Function- change request

Hi Friends

1) Is it possible to assign change request for HANA function, or only import/export.

2)When calling function in calculation view script from my personal schema- I am getting authorization issue. Insufficient privileges - not authorized Cause User is not authorized to deploy attribute view    I granted schema access to sys_rep
