we recently implemented POC on HANA. The process is a below
BODS --> is used to extract data from sources systems into HANA.
HANA --> modelling is done here. (i.e HANA is in Cloud)
IDT --> universe is created on TOP of HANA models.
WEBI --> webi report is build on TOP of universe.
So now we have measure the performance of HANA. For example when i execute the report it is taking 50secs. so now i want to know the breakup of this 50 secs excluding BODS activitiy.
So i request you to please help me to understand the below points
1. what are the different levels of performance testing can be done. i know single user testing and multi-user testing. please add if i am missing anything here.
2. Is there any ready tools provided by SAP or third part to check the performance. If yes what are the tools and suggest me how to use them.
3.If there are no ready tools avialable then how can i check the performance of individual tools like time taken by hana, time taken in idt and time taken by webi.
4. Is there any requirement to check the network time as well, if yes how can we do that.
