License key cannot not installed

Hi,

I successfully followed all the steps in http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-31036  until step 3 :

"License key has been installed successfully"

However  the licence tab reads "License is not valid or expired - System is locked" and when trying to connect I get :

"SAP DBTech JDBC: [437] (at 35): only commands for license handling are allowed in current state: M_SERVICE_STATISTICS: line 1 col 36 (at pos 35) "

I deleted/reinstalled several times, rebooted the server (on AWS), rebooted Hana studio, checked the hardware key, but I still get the same message.

So ??????

(running Hana Studio 1.0.38)

Any hint would be appreciated.
