Hi All,
We have just finished installing our non-prod (1TB shared instance) and prod HANA appliances and everything looks fine until we try to start up Lifecycle Manager. From HANA Studio, we get the error that it cannot start after trying for about a minute. From Linux, we can see that the service appears to be running, but when we go to stop it stop-hlm.sh -f , we get a message
"stop-hlm.sh: line 101: kill: (25194) - Operation not permitted"
We've checked out some SAP notes regarding this and have checked the HOSTS file and noticed that there are only IPV6 entries and the note (1896320) states that we should add IPV4 entries before it. Has anyone had to do this before? Any other clues as to the issues we're seeing with HLM?
HANA box is SUSE Linux, HANA rev82
Thanks,
Jeff.
