Reseting the system status of Inspection lot after partial Usage Decision

We are using BDC and calling QA11 Tcode for processing inspection lot  .

For one inspection lot it has just changed the system status of inspection lot and now it has become "UD   ICCO SPCO STUP" without assigning any UD code and without performing stock posting.

Now i cannot use QA12, QA14, QA16, QA18, QA32 as there is no UD code available for this inspection lot.

T-Code QAC3 is also not helpful in this case because UD system status is UD Completed. ( Only for inspection lot having released status, QAC3 will allow to change the status to created status).

Now i want to change the system status of inspection lot to release status so that manually inspection lot can be processed with QA32. Or if possible i want to assign UD code manually and i want to post stock manually (from quality inspection to unrestricted use in mmbe).
