HANA Service "sapstatsrv" can not start

Hi experts,

I rent a HANA server (developer edition) on AWS. When the system start, I find the service "sapstatsrv" can not start.

I edit my hosts file in my windows system. The following line is added:

vhcalhdbdb     54.65.xxx.xxx

But the service "sapstatrv" can not start yet.
