Getting blank STATEMENT_STRING values in the SQL Plan Cache

I am getting periodic blank values for the STATEMENT_STRING.  It is repeatable (requests are initiated from the Spotfire BI reporting application).

Has anyone seen this type of things before?  Any suggestions?
