Difference between SLT and BODS

Dear,

If i want to import csv files into SAP HANA then pls. let me know which technique is best.

file strucure :

<filename><yyyy-MM-dd hhssmmtt>

eg. :

• 02 may 2013 then you will get file name as "latest2013-05-02 1256999.csv"
• 04 june 2013 then you will get file name as "latest2013-06-04 11032999.csv"

So,

• Is it possible to import such CSV files in SAP HANA tables.
• Which technology is best for the same?
• If BODS, then Why we should go with BODS? Is it possible with SLT?

Pls. let me know, what are major difference between SLT and BODS for replication
