Hi Guys,
I am not sure if it is right space to ask such question. I installed HANA instance in AWS and used it for few mins. I stopped the instance and decided to use it in weekends only. This instance will only be used for learning purpose.
Anyway, I received an alert last week that my bill is over $50. Now, I dont know how the bill is over $50 and it is increasing every day even though my instance is not running. I have asked AWS billing people and according to them it is all correct and there is no mistake. When I setup this instance I only knew the charges of $3 per hour and thats it. Now, following is the component which is costing me so much money.

Month is not completed and I believe bill will go much more. So please help me to reduce these charges. How can I control IOPS and provisioned charge. I just followed one click instance instructions. My instance is cc2.8xlarge
