How to use SAP HANA Term Mapping correct ?

Hi together,

I am working with SAP HANA in a Healthcare related database and I'm trying to use the Term Mapping function of HANA (within FUZZY):

So I got a ICD catalog (International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems),

where we have codes and the related description. The table schema is like it should be for term mapping.

I also created a test table with some entires to test the term mapping and it seems only to work in one direction,

but the mapping table contains all entries in both directions (TERM_1 to TERM_2 and TERM_2 to TERM_1):

Can somebody help me and tell me, why test 2 and 3 aren't working and hot to fix this problem ?
