Failed to create a repository workspace

Hi,

When using the Regi.exe to create a new workspace, i get the following:

c:\UIS\GIT\UISGIT>regi create workspace --key=XSE .

An error occurred: Failed to list inactive objects (40103): Repository: Internal

error during statement execution, please see the database error traces for addi

tional details:

I made sure that the exe file is pointed from the PATH env variable.

Any ideas?
