Unable to establish db tunnel connection.

Hi All,

I am just trying to connect the SAP HANA studio to the SAP HANA DB using a Database Tunnel and I'm referring this document http://scn.sap.com/community/developer-center/cloud-platform/blog/2013/10/17/8-easy-steps-to-develop-an-xs-application-on-the-sap-hana-cloud-platform. I got an error, failed to connect the tunnel;unable to establish the connection,  when I execute this command neo open-db-tunnel -i hihanaxs -a <username>trial -h hanatrial.ondemand.com -u <username>.

I have done proxy settings also.

Any suggestions would be helpful.
