Hdbsql cannot see a file after having it missed once

I've tried to import a csv file which was not there, got

* 2: general error: Cannot open CSV file, /dropbox/P1717/f8.csv SQLSTATE: HY000

So I've ftp'ed the file, but hdbsql still refused to load it with the same error message, looks like it caches it somehow. I had to rename the file to be able to import it.
